Golfae AI is a mobile golf training application that uses your device's camera and Artificial Intelligence to track and analyze golf swing metrics including shoulder rotation, hip rotation, X-factor, tempo, and club head speed. The app provides personal statistics, session history, and progress visualization.

2. Subscription Services

Golfae AI Premium offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Weekly Subscription: $9.99 per week
Yearly Subscription: $99.99 per year (Best Value)

Note: Prices may vary by location and tax regulations. Current pricing is always displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

Important Subscription Information:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days.
Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase.

3. Payment and Billing

All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (e.g., Apple App Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions must be managed directly through your device's App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Golfae AI cannot directly manage cancellations.

Golfae AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including physical injury, property damage, or device damage. Use of this app is entirely at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
